Internal Group Leaderboard
Every member's scores feed a private leaderboard inside your group. See who leads your society, club, or circle of friends — ranked by HPI just like the worldwide standings.
Group vs. Group Challenges
Challenge another group to a head-to-head rivalry. Wisconsin golfers versus Michigan. East Coast versus West Coast. Your club versus theirs. Group average HPI decides the winner.
Scores Count Everywhere
No double entry, no separate rounds. Every score submitted through the league automatically counts toward your group standings AND the Worldwide Leaderboard simultaneously.
Regional & Local Leagues
Organise by state, province, country, or club. Build a regional mini-league with its own identity, invite code, and history — all within the worldwide hickory community.
Challenge Formats Available
Once your group is created, you can issue any of these challenges to another group.
Classic group vs group
Groups compete head-to-head. Average HPI across all members determines the winner.
One course, one tee, everyone compared
Everyone plays the same course and tee. Rounds can be weeks or months apart — the league scoring formula settles it.
Two courses, combined HPI wins
Each player completes one round at their home course and one at the opponent's nominated course. Combined HPI wins.
Best score from each pair counts
Two-person teams play independently. The better HPI score from each pair counts. Great for couples and friends.
Every score counts — no one sits out
Both partners' HPI scores count toward the team total, encouraging full participation from every member.
Post rounds — only one counts
Players post several rounds before the deadline. After it closes, the system randomly selects which round counts for each player.
Earn points for historic courses
Players earn points for playing courses founded before selected dates — pre-1900, pre-1920, and pre-1935.
Team vs team, match-play style
Players are divided into two teams. Individual rounds become head-to-head matches — 1 point for a win, half for a tie. Most points wins the Cup.
